  I have been going here for ages and today I pick up a cake with a complaint because I used suggestions from the lady that took my order like I always have and the cake looked horrible. So I complained and the manager called me a liar basically and wouldn't do anything about it. He says"we dont give suggestions" well you have give me suggestions for years..... even the lady with white hair agreed with the color I complained about. Then when the manager asked her if she said that she said she didn't say that. Bottom line I took professional cake decorating opinion it turned out terrible they could had helped! The manager had a terrible attitude so I will never go back.... not because of the cake....that was fixable but because of the poor customer service! Oh and he kept saying "that took an hour out of our time" well I hope so I'm a paying customer! He even hollered at me through the conversation!
